The birds were getting our cherries, so the wife and I picked as many undamaged ones as we could.

I wonder what to make with all this?

  1. Lemme see, pie for starters. Now if you were of a Korean nature, let some of those soak in soju for a coupla weeks with a bit of sugar. Makes for a tasty beverage.

Some mighty fine lookin' cherries there c w!

    1. Hmmmm. I just might have to do some research on that Korean style beverage, Sarge. Sounds mighty tasty!

  2. Keep some chilled for eating for a few days. Make a couple of pies and turn the rest into cherry preserves.

  3. Lots of good advice here. The wife has decided to make some cherry crisps, which can be frozen for later. There might be some preserves in the future as well. It's all good!
