And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Cabin Porn
Cabin in Moab, Utah, with a ladder access cave balcony! Pretty nice.
Nice in the winter. Scorching hot in the summer, which may be why they're using the cave. Whoever built that structure is not a close student of history. The pioneers built homes constructed of adobe because those 2 foot thick adobe walls moderate the effects of both heat and cold and don't burn down.
Yep, it looks like it was built out of scrap lumber - which isn't a bad thing. It just isn't as good as adobe, as you say. They probably only use it in the winter.
