In a case brought by Texas and joined by 25 other states, a federal judge has ruled that Obama's executive orders allowing millions of illegals to stay in country, are enjoined for now.

    Remember that Harry Reid's 'nuclear option' in the Senate was to enable Obama to accelerate his packing of the courts. This federal judge is fighting a rear-guard action.
